| So I ended up not getting that condo.. The monthly was a little too high for me the taxes ended up being $5k+ a year and took my monthly payment to $1400 a month not including utilities.. Id be living paycheck to paycheck by then not worth it.. But i still did buy a condo out in 12 mile Mound near Meijer I closed yesterday crazyness.. i didnt expect to be able to buy a house this early id like to say thanks for the recession without it i wouldnt have signed my life away lol.. 8k tax credit 5% interest 3.5% down it was too juicy... Anyways I'll post picutres of it whenever I can... Its brand new 1600sq 2br 2ba ... Still not sure if I am even gonna live in it or rent it out ehh i guess we shall see..... |

| So I just bought my first house well still closing... I got a 2bdrm 2bath condo with unfinish basement kitchen has granite counter tops has fireplace.. i barely got enough for the damn downpayment haha -_- but yeah ill try to post some picture up when i can |

| Fell like iam stick in a limbo.. desperately trying to get out.. but yea in the process of kicking one of my last bad habits who knew trying to stop gambling would be soo hard blah doing lottery scratch off like nicotine patches didnt work too well haha.. Ive been gambling since i could walk its in my blood as my grandma call it the Gallardo curse.. I made a good living off it for awhile but since i actually have a legit job i dont play as much hence i suck at it and ive been losing more than ive been winning or even if i win big in the end ill lose it all so its just a wast eof my time.. I guess iam not so use to working really hard for small money but atleast its consitent o well thats my rant for the day |

May 31 - 16hrs of work
June 1 - Chicago then drive back
June 2-3 normal work days
June 4 - 16 hrs
June 5 - 16 hrs my pay check will be phat =D tree doubles along with holiday pay i might file exempt on this pay check so the damn tax wont take it away
June 6 drive to chicago again stayed at the magnificent mile then to club v then to ohm til 5am
June 7 shipping and joy yee yummm
